Rooms are just $150 a night for single or double occupancy (a charge of $35 will be added for each guest room over double occupancy). The rate includes a $10 resort fee which entitles you to daily in-room Internet, daily newspaper, admission to the exercise facility at the resort, free parking as well as a shuttle service to and from the McCarran International Airport and the Strip on a set schedule, based on availability. (Please note this rate does not include breakfast or taxes -currently 12%.) The group rate is available to our group three days prior to and three days after the event dates (subject to availability) should you wish to extend your stay.A credit card and one-night’s deposit will be required to secure your room. Upon arrival a credit card will be requested and authorized for room, tax, and $100 per day for incidentals. At the time of check out/departure the deposit will be credited toward the final bill and the remaining balance will be charged; any leftover authorization will be released back onto the card used at the time of check in.
