As I told you yesterday, our deals pipeline here at Real Estate Trend Alert is stronger than it’s ever been. And, at our private members-only Gathering this October 6–9, I’ll unveil our hottest upcoming plays.

The summer season is normally quiet on our beat. Everyone’s on vacation. Not much happens. The first week in October, it’s a different story. Developers race out of the traps with their latest projects, ideas, and plays.

Our Gathering will be a deal fest. I’ll reveal the strongest hot-off-the-presses opportunities. I’m running the rule over them as we speak. They will be members-only pre-release deals in the hottest markets.

Many of these deals you will never have heard of before. These are the deals I’m scrutinizing right now. All going well, they will be released this October and November. Like for example…

  • One of the nicest stretches of tropical beach I know was difficult to reach. Now there’s a newly upgraded highway from a major city and a new airport 10 minutes away. Resort and hotel giants are racing in. I expect to unveil members-only access to the first lots in this beachfront resort with pricing of $31,000.
  • Malaga is one of Spain’s (and Europe’s) great and ancient cities. I have been following its gentrification closely. And, following how Spain’s crisis is impacting Malaga even more closely. The play here is to buy a short-term rental condo in, or on the edge of, Malaga’s historic district. Just behind the Cervantes museum is a building I’ve had my eye on for almost a year. Modern two-bedroom condos with the amenities visitors want, yet only steps from the historic district. The developer went bankrupt. Finally, I’ve just got word from my contact on the ground that these condos are set to be released in October. My contact tells me we will have access at members-only pricing of $150,000. I hope to unveil this deal in our Gathering.
  • Close to where our closed-door sessions will take place is the site for what I believe might just be the standout opportunity of our 2016/2017 season. The location is perfectly positioned in the Riviera Maya: A place where values are set to rocket. We will be able to get in at the ground floor.

My contacts are flying in from around the world, too. It’s a very rare thing to get us all in one place at one time. Usually, if you wanted to do comprehensive research you’d need to fly out to meet each of them individually. You’d rack up thousands of dollars to do that.

But, they’ve all agreed to come to Grand Hyatt in Playa del Carmen this October to talk to you in person, give their insights on upcoming trends, and to reveal details of deals and opportunities coming down the pipeline.
