I'm recently returned from Tulum on Mexico's Caribbean coast. These white sands are deservedly regarded as among the top five beaches on earth. I've told you about the opportunity to buy condos pre-construction in an established high-end community called Tao that's close to here. And if you have been a member for a couple of years, you will recall the opportunity to buy five acres of pristine jungle in an eco-community at Los Arboles de Tulum. I'm here to review progress at these projects.

The Preserve is a project perched above the water in Costa Rica's stunning lake country of Arenal. You can buy a lot with a 10% down payment. The balance is financed interest-free over 10 years (120 equal payments).

I'm looking at stalled villas to see if, because of the situation here in Greece, we can pick one up on the cheap. In picturesque Northeastern Crete, while prices are down by 30% from boom time peaks, there is none of the fire selling that we see in Ireland and Spain.
