Clear Your Calendar for October 6–9: This Will Be Big

We have had a great run here at Real Estate Trend Alert. We’ve been through a lot of twists and turns in the global macro situation over the last eight years. We had the global financial crisis…Europe on the brink…the commodities bust…and recession in some emerging markets.

Right now I’m working on nailing down members-only terms on some of the hottest opportunities that have crossed my desk since I founded Real Estate Trend Alert in 2008.

Like…In jet-set Cabo in December 2014, I (along with many of your fellow Real Estate Trend Alert members) locked down a super-luxurious condo. Our members-only price was a bargain $336,516. Just a year later, comparable condos were retailing for $428,301—a gain of $91,785.

In Spain in 2014, I negotiated with an investment group. That meant Real Estate Trend Alert members could lock down two-bedroom luxury condos for just €139,000. One member who followed my advice recently listed her condo for €225,000—a gain of €86,000.

And my deals pipeline has never been so promising. We have some amazing deals coming up in places like Mexico’s Riviera Maya and the Spanish city of Malaga.

The Gathering takes place October 6-9, 2016. I’ve booked the Grand Hyatt in Playa del Carmen as our venue. You’ll arrive on the 6th and have a welcoming cocktail reception that evening. On the 7th and 8th, there will be half-day sessions with myself and my insider contacts. In the afternoon, you can join fellow members on a field trip or book an individual session with those contacts. On October 9, you can return home…or spend a few extra days enjoying the Riviera Maya.

We’ll be in a private room behind closed doors. The Gathering will be deal focused. We’ll run the rule over specific actionable opportunities.

This will not be a scheduled and formulaic event. It’s focused on what’s timely and urgent.
