Don’t Miss This Chance to See Our Luxury Copala Opportunity

Fifty miles of beautiful beach…more than 300 sunny days a year…first-class amenities…and you’ve got the perfect luxury destination.

That destination is Cabo, at the southern tip of the Baja California Sur peninsula. Yesterday I told you about our latest opportunity here. And today, I’m writing to extend an invitation to visit this location on a members-only scouting trip this June 9–12.

I strongly urge you to visit. Until you do, you can’t fully appreciate all that Cabo has to offer, and the immense potential it holds. On my first trip here, I was blown away by the stunning setting, the high-end amenities, and our Copala opportunity.

The setting is fabulous. This is a desert landscape, stark but gorgeous, strewn with cacti, boulders, and deep, narrow creeks. The sky overhead is intensely blue by day. Here, the desert meets the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez. They meet at Land’s End—a rocky outcrop that’s a local landmark. The landscape feels wild and untamed, open and free. This is road-trip country, where you take off to explore little fishing villages, hidden beaches, gourmet restaurants, and funky beach bars. At night, the desert sky is thick with stars.

That getaway vibe brought the first proper tourists to this region in the 1940s. They were movie stars and presidents, movers and shakers, the ultra-rich and famous. They found a bolt-hole in Cabo, where they could camp and fish and sunbathe away from the crowds. Back then, you could only get here by private boat or plane. The intrusive press and screaming fans couldn’t follow them.

That set the trajectory for Cabo’s growth. It followed the money. Luxury hotels and retreats sprang up, catering to very wealthy visitors. The region only began to open up to mainstream tourists three decades later. The Transpeninsular Highway, finished in the early 1970s, connected Cabo to the U.S. by road. The international airport brought tourists in from across North America.

Today, Cabo is still jet set. You can see it in the high-end stores, art galleries, and the multi-million-dollar homes that dot the hillsides. Cabo also offers signature golf courses, whale-watching tours, fine dining, and fancy spas. The nightlife runs from bar-hopping to art walks.

Cabo was not on my Real Estate Trend Alert beat until late 2014. There simply wasn’t an opportunity there until then. Up to 2007, the Cabo market was on a tear. But this locale relied heavily on North American buyers. When the economic crisis back home hit, buyers vanished. The Cabo market had soared. But now the party was over.

The developers that survived this crash emerged stronger, smarter, and more flexible. They recognized that they had to move with the market. They switched from churning out multi-million-dollar homes to creating luxury properties at a more affordable price point.

That’s why I recommended condos in the Copala community in December 2014. The deal I negotiated for members was so good that I got in on it myself (once members had already acted). Our members-only price: $336,156. Just 12 months later, list prices on similar condos in Copala were at $428,301. That’s almost $92,000 higher.

But our opportunity in Copala isn’t over yet. In yesterday’s alert, I wrote about a killer deal on five single family homes here. The homes are very spacious and run to more than 2,000 square feet inside. And there’s an additional 392 square feet on the rooftop terrace. That’s a nice spot for entertaining family and friends.

The list price on these homes is $559,345. That’s a fair retail price. But our members-only price on five of the homes is $427,905. Our pricing puts you $131,449 ahead from the get go. And that’s before Cabo truly sets off on this great development trajectory I have been telling you about.

I strongly urge you to visit and take the same tour I took when I first visited. The developer is extending an invitation for you to join a group of your fellow members on a members-only scouting trip this June 9–12. On this trip, you’ll see the endless beaches, the top-notch amenities, and get a taste of the unique Cabo vibe.

Of course, you’ll also explore Copala and its first-class resort setting. You’ll see the luxurious finished homes and condos in the community, the golf clubhouse, and the beachfront restaurant. And all in the company of likeminded fellow members.

The trip is $250 per person ($350 if you’re a couple sharing). That covers your airport transfers, breakfasts, and accommodation for three nights, plus a tour of Cabo with lunch included. All you have to do is book your flight. Space is strictly limited to 10 spots. Secure your place now to avoid disappointment.

Nothing beats seeing a place or a deal first-hand. It’s why I spend so much of my time on the road scouting. And it’s why I’m telling you that if you’re interested in Copala, and this deal, you should book a spot on this trip now.

Wishing you good real estate investing,
