The valley has many cascading waterfalls pristine rivers and a variety of bird species, especially hummingbirds. You’ll have free time to stroll around town and meet some of the expats that have made Mindo their home. On the way back, time allowing, we will have a bonus stop at the equatorial monument.Cost: One day: $75 per person / Couple: $125   Includes transport, guide, morning snack, lunch & entrance fees to Butterfly farm. Cotacachi and Northern HighlandsAugust 5This full day tour will take you through Ecuador’s beautiful northern Andes.  You will have a chance to shop in the world famous Otavalo handicraft market, visit a master weaver, have a typical lunch with an indigenous family and explore the quaint town of Cotacachi.  You will also have a chance to meet and talk over coffee with expats who live in the area. Cost: One day : $75 per person.
