For Less Than $200, You Get the Full Los Cabos Experience

Today, I’d like to extend an invitation for you to check out Los Cabos on a members-only scouting trip this July 28–31, 2016.

If I wasn’t tied up with business meetings that week, I’d be tempted to go myself. Los Cabos is one of my favorite destinations. I visit regularly to scout for real estate deals. But I always build in time for some R&R into my schedule when I visit.

This location has long been on the jet-set calendar, joining global hot spots like St. Tropez and Gstaad. And to cater to its discerning visitors, Los Cabos served up jet-set amenities. Exclusive hotels. Luxurious spas. Small, chic restaurants. A marina where you could park the mega yacht. World-class golf courses.

Thing is, you can enjoy these amenities without a Rockefeller-sized bank balance.

I’m passionate about golf. I’ve been privileged to play on some of the top courses around the world. In Los Cabos, there’s one course that ranks with the finest. It’s a true challenge even for experienced golfers and features in golf magazines as a must-play. The first thing on my R&R list in Los Cabos is a morning on this course with some buddies.

Road trips are another cool experience in this area. It’s a pleasure to hit the open road. And it really is the open road once you’re 20 minutes or so from Los Cabos.

You can head north towards the town of Todos Santos. Or east along the cape, dotted with fishing villages and remote beaches. The landscape in this region is stunning. And pretty much free of development. The sea is a brilliant shade of blue. At night, the stars twinkle in the dark sky.

There’s a focus on food in the region. Many eateries serve up local, sustainably-sourced, or organic fare. And you can eat well without breaking the bank.

I’ve found little restaurants, hidden away down sandy tracks, where I’ve enjoyed lunch with an ocean view. The marina in downtown Cabo is great for a waterfront dinner.

There’s so much to do here: sport fishing, horseback riding, snorkeling and diving, art walks, and festivals. You could spend weeks trying to fit it all in.

The members-only scouting trip this July 28–31 is hosted by Ventanas. They’re the group behind the two condo deals I wrote about yesterday. This is a short four-day trip, designed to give you a taste of Los Cabos.

You’ll see the Path of Progress first-hand. The new airport highway makes this destination easier to get to and connects to Todos Santos. You’ll also see the flurry of hotel-building that’s set to bring even more tourists to this locale.

You’ll get a picture of the stunning desert landscape and the spot where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean at Land’s End. The Sea of Cortez is home to whales, rays, corals, and dozens of islands and islets, some with beautiful beaches.

You’ll visit the two towns that make up Los Cabos. The marina, lined with restaurants, stores, and bars, is located in Cabo San Lucas. San Jose del Cabo’s downtown core feels more traditional, with its spacious plaza complete with a church. San Jose runs art walks that feature its many art and design galleries and an open-air market in the plaza.

Part of the members-only scouting trip will showcase the Ventanas community. This lets you see for yourself just how established this community is and the amenities on offer to owners: swimming pools, a fitness center and spa, a restaurant and cafe, a concierge, and a full on-site property management service.

You’ll stay in the Ventanas community on this trip, so you can test-drive the amenities for yourself.

You’ll get the lowdown on why Ventanas continued to thrive in the lean years, and why it appeals to both upper-middle class locals and foreign buyers today.

You can ask any questions first-hand and get an immediate answer from the Ventanas team. You might want to get a handle on potential rental income, for example, or a sample of typical running costs.

This trip will be in the company of your fellow Real Estate Trend Alert members. They’re like-minded people, interested in real estate overseas. These trips are a good way to get tips and insights on their strategies and investment goals. Many members stay in touch after these trips.

The developer is picking up some of the tab, so you’ll only pay $199 for the trip. That includes airport transfers, accommodation, all tours, and some meals. You can book your spot on the trip here.

The Ventanas team wants to ensure that all members get as much individual attention as they need on the trip, so they are limiting numbers to 12.

Think of this trip as part of your due diligence. If Ventanas, and the deals on offer, isn’t right for you, you can cross it off your shortlist. You won’t get any hassle or a pushy sales pitch.

But if the deals stack up, this trip is your chance to get in at a fantastic price on the new market here – the local upper-middle class combined with second- and vacation-home buyers.

The Ventanas team is standing by to book your spot as part of this members-only trip this July 28–31.

Wishing you good real estate investing,
