    I am looking to retire to the Dordogne area in summer 2026. I was hoping not to have a car, but I see that is limiting my house hunt.
    Does anyone have experience with the VSP a voiture sans permis? Does this seem like a reasonable alternative to drive short distances to markets, and public transportation hubs?
    Any info would be appreciated!
