Other than the golf course being constructed in Monticristi outside of Manta, does anyone know of any others in the development stage right now….name and location would be helpful….many thanks

HI Conchita, there is a golf course outside Guayaquil called Golf Club LaCosta. It’s not in development but they’re gearing up to sell lots. It is gorgeous. A real estate guy named Mike Sager took me there a couple of weeks ago and you can contact him for more details at redwulf3@juno.com.
