I have just been diagnosed as needing a total hip replacement. I am uninsured and going out of country seems to be my best option. My research indicates that Cuenca is the most affordable. I need assistance in locating the best Dr. and facility there. Any suggestions as to how I go about this. I would like to travel there and meet with 1 or 2 Drs. in the next 2 to 3 wks.
