How to contact Barton Walters?

Just read Barton’s excellent “Comparing Apples to Mangoes: The Real Cost of Living in Thailand”, and was looking for a way to contact him. He mentions two of the countries I plan to visit within the next few months (Thailand – I’ve been there, but very different circumstances from what he describes – and Vietnam, which I’ve never visited, and was lucky to have missed by months being shipped to by Uncle a few decades back). I’d like to get some more pointers on places to visit and to stay on an extreme budget.
