    Is there any way around the $31,000 deposit? I recently beat two terminal diseases I cound’t work and medical bills are astronomical Ergo my account is low I was a national lending manager at Chase Bank My soc sec disability is $3,000 per month and not taxable I’m looking for a new life overseas
