I’m planning on moving to Ecuador in May. Once I get residency I intend to ship some personal belongings. I only have a couple of footlocker-type trunks and a couple of guitars to ship over (figure less than 200 lbs., so don’t need a container. What would be the easiest and least expensive way to get my stuff sent to me?

I may be able to share a container with someone else through a Latin American shipper, but would that cause more hassle?
