    Both my parents were Panamanian natives – I left Panama in 1959 when 5 years old because my mother married a USA service member. I was naturalized an American citizen in 1986. Looking to live in Panama 5 to 6 months of the year but not sure what the process is for me to establish myself as a Panamanian citizen again. I have a copy of a birth certificate with a cedula number on it. Willing to pay for the process/guidance to point me in the right direction.
