    Hi Community, despite numerous requests to IL membership team to resolve an issue I have, no solution provided (or hardly any responses either). Very poor member service. Some time back, by clicking the PDF icon on the monthly magazine, one could download the PDF and read the monthly magazine offline & at own timing. Now it’s asking for a PASSWORD to open the PDF. How does one find out their PASSWORD?? Thanks for any assistance. Kerry
