    I am trying to relocate to Chile but I’m lost in the process. I have an American and Brazilian passports and have been living in the US for the past 35 years. I understand that I need to have a temporary residency visa to stay in Chile longer than 90 days. I checked the requirements on the Chilean Consulate website and obtained a negative criminal record from the US governement but not sure how to apostille it. Do I need to hire an attorney?
