Rental in Thailand

I would like to find a 3 month rental in or around Krabi, Thailand for next January. Ho do i find these places

i lived in two different condos in costa rica. they were nice and fairly inexpensive, but im not much of a fan of high-rise or apartment living. i prefer a house with a yard or land and preferably some kind of security. in costa rica if its not locked it may not be there next time you want it. IDK if my next homecwill be thailand or central or south america but i dont know how to buy property. i was told by a real estate friend that most property sales are cash only. if thats true i will be forced to livecin rentals rest of my life. is there any way around this?

Hi Carolyn! The best place to find rentals in places like Krabi is on Facebook. Airbnb doesn’t have the traction it has in other places, and travel sites like Booking.com and Agoda are generally overpriced.
