We entered Ecuador in Aug 12 and received a 90 day Vesa. We left 30 days later. Can we return now to use the 60 days remaining on our original Vesa or do we have to remain out until the the data that we received our initial Vesa?

The remainder of your T-3 visa can be used anytime until August 11 of this year.
