    How are dividends from USA company taxed to Costa Rica expat who has renounced US citizenship?

    If you are now a CR citizen then their laws are what you need to look at……If you are a citizen from certain countries like Ireland for instance they do not tax you on your income earned outside Ireland….Ditto for Canada and many other countries…..
