ParticipantIf a person uses a wheelchair (has used a wheelchair for all of his adult life), are there additional hoops? Do they deny visas for this? For example, you mentioned they might ask for health reports to approve a temporary residency visa.

Participantis it better to get a temp residency visas before or after moving to Spain or Portugal or France? in other words, is 89 days enough time to get a temp residency visa? Or should we get the visa before moving?

ParticipantIn Europe – what kind of local taxes are paid? Income, property (rental or owned), municipal, town, county, regional? Or just national? Health care taxes?
