Reservations for the Gathering have been coming in thick and fast. So fast, in fact, that I had to add extra places.
There were only 40 spots up for grabs—in no time at all, it was oversubscribed. I didn’t want anyone to be disappointed, so I added another 20 places. Now, most of those are gone, too.
I wanted to make it as easy as possible for you to attend our Gathering—but as I write, only six places remain. I can’t extend the number past that. This is it. These are the last six places that will be offered. If you want to come, you need to lock yours down.
This is going to be an intimate event, so everyone who attends has as much time as they need with me, my team, and my network of insider contacts.
I’m not surprised at how strong the response has been to the Gathering. This is the only Real Estate Trend Alert event this year. The Gathering is our chance to get together in a room and connect with some of my top real estate insider contacts—including Geoffrey Donoghue in Spain, Daniel Neves in Brazil, and Jordan Clark in Nicaragua.
It promises to be a lot of fun. I’m hosting it in the Grand Hyatt in Playa del Carmen on Mexico’s Riviera Maya. There’ll be dinner and cocktails, and time to check out the beaches and sites of the Riviera Maya.
But the real benefit of the Gathering is that it’s going to be a “deal fest.” I’ll reveal the strongest hot-off-the-presses deals. This is your chance to get in first on those deals. And, to hear about where my insider contacts are putting their own money. At this event, you’ll be privy to the sort of insider intel and info few ever get to hear about.

This is how the event will play out: You’ll arrive for a welcoming cocktail reception on the evening of October 6th. There’ll be half-day sessions on the 7th and 8th with me and my insider contacts. These sessions will be deal focused. You’ll get to hear about some of those strong deals coming down the pipeline.
And, after those half-day sessions, you can book an individual session with those contacts. You’ll talk one-on-one and get the chance to dig deeper into the opportunities you’ve heard about. Opportunities to take advantage of some of the strongest upcoming deals with the potential for killer profits.
You can take a field trip if you wish. Or, tack a few days on to the end of the trip to spend more time scouting out opportunity in the Riviera Maya. Maybe just take a few days for vacation.
