- Already I’m seeing listings for Santamar condos by local brokers with price tags even higher than my five-year prediction. One broker advertised a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Santamar for $289,000. Our RETA only deal is just $174,800. That’s a massive paper gain locked in from day one.
