Take a powder-soft beach lapped by the warm Caribbean Sea. Add a lounger in the shade of a palm tree and a tropical cocktail (or two). It sounds like the perfect vacation.
Especially when it only costs a big fat zero for the first 12 members to act. But there’s more to this getaway than sun, sea, and sangria.
For members of our little group, a break like this gives us the chance to combine turquoise lapping waters and palm trees with something more serious: Profit.
I usually spend half the year on the road. And while I get to see some of the most beautiful places on the planet, I’m not there to sight-see. I’m putting boots on the ground, checking that a location and a potential deal stack up.
And it’s something I tell all Real Estate Trend Alert members they should do, too. Today I’m reminding you again. Just like me, you need to put boots on the ground in the locales that offer the top profit opportunity.
