This Riviera Maya Trip Is Free and Exclusively Members Only: Lock Down Your Place

Take a powder-soft beach lapped by the warm Caribbean Sea. Add a lounger in the shade of a palm tree and a tropical cocktail (or two). It sounds like the perfect vacation.

Especially when it only costs a big fat zero for the first 12 members to act. But there’s more to this getaway than sun, sea, and sangria.

For members of our little group, a break like this gives us the chance to combine turquoise lapping waters and palm trees with something more serious: Profit.

I usually spend half the year on the road. And while I get to see some of the most beautiful places on the planet, I’m not there to sight-see. I’m putting boots on the ground, checking that a location and a potential deal stack up.

And it’s something I tell all Real Estate Trend Alert members they should do, too. Today I’m reminding you again. Just like me, you need to put boots on the ground in the locales that offer the top profit opportunity.

To make it easy for you, I ask the developers of some of the opportunities I tell you about here to arrange members-only scouting trip. They’re typically short, only four days and three nights. They include plenty of time for R&R: relaxing on the beach, taking in a jazz bar, visiting some of the local sights.

But they also give you an up-close look at some of my recommended opportunities. You get to visit the site for the latest hot deal, see finished product from the same developer, and gauge the quality and standard of his work. You can see for yourself what makes it such a strong opportunity.

These scouting trips are subsidized by the developer. They want you to come and take a look at their project. To do that, they’re happy to eat a chunk of the cost.

Take the next A-nah scouting trip this August 25–28. Space is strictly limited to 12. The lucky 12 on this trip get to go for free. For that, the A-nah team will meet you at Cancun airport. Then, it’s off to the beach town of Playa del Carmen where you’ll spend three nights in luxury accommodation. The condo you’ll stay in was built by A-nah, so you’ll get a good idea of the standard and quality of their work.

It will also give you the opportunity to have fun in Playa. It’s buzzing—packed with eateries and bars, stores, and entertainment spots.

You’ll cross off another item on your scouting checklist when you visit a five-star resort during the trip. It’s the setting for the newest A-nah project where the two deals I wrote about in the last couple of days will be built—A-nah Village. While you’re there, you’ll see another A-nah community in the resort—A-nah Tulum. It’s much further along, with finished homes you can check out.

On this trip, you’ll wiggle your toes in Tulum’s powder-sand beaches, enjoy a seafood lunch at a spot where folks come to swim with sea turtles, and get a taste of the lifestyle on this Caribbean coast.

And you’ll see the drivers of real estate prices on this coast that I’ve been telling you about. It’s a combination of a Path of Progress story, growing tourist numbers, and the rise of a local upper-middle class market. You’ll see these factors in play on this trip.

And you can get the lowdown on whatever you need to know: rental yields, how direct developer financing works, and what kind of amenities you’ll have access to as a property owner.

For only your airfare, this trip is worth it for a Caribbean vacation. As part of your essential due diligence, it’s priceless. You can lock down one of these 12 spots here.

Wishing you good real estate investing,

Ronan McMahon

P.S. Trips like this are designed to let members investigate a deal first-hand. Plus, you’ll get time to relax. The developer picks up some of the tab. But you won’t get any strong-armed sales tactics or high-pressure pitches. These trips are a quick and easy way for you to figure out if a location, and a particular opportunity, match your investment criteria. I strongly urge you to go if you’re considering A-nah. You can lock down your seat here.
