Visit Now For Portugal’s Buying Moment

The Algarve is the narrow strip of land that runs along Portugal’s southernmost coast with long sandy beaches, high cliffs, and rocky coves. It’s Portugal’s top tourist locale.

As I’ve told you in my reports this year, our buying moment is now—and you can see this opportunity for yourself this February 18–21 on our Real Estate Trend Alert members-only scouting trip.

Portugal’s economy and real estate market has been in crisis since 2009. And until this year, no-brainer deals had been few and far between. The market just stopped. Sellers wanted more than buyers would pay. There was little activity.

Finally the trigger event that I have been waiting for has arrived: Portugal’s banks got serious about fire sales.

But the oversupply of homes here isn’t as chronic as other locales like Spain, so I don’t expect our window of opportunity to stay open long. There aren’t a huge number of homes to be sold as fire sales.

To remind you…Our opportunity breaks into two categories:

1. One-off fire sales in Portugal’s western Algarve. You can re-read my full report about this opportunity here.

2. And, in the eastern Algarve, we can buy in new communities being sold by banks at 50% off in dollar terms. You can re-read my full report from June here.

I strongly urge you to visit as part of a small group of fellow members.

Just get yourself to Faro airport by February 18 and Chris and his team will take care of the rest. Over four days you will get to see the strongest opportunities in the locales I have identified as being on the up.

You’ll put boots on the ground in the beach towns of Cabanas and Santa Luiza, close to Tavira. These towns were set to explode before the crisis halted progress in its tracks. Now they are set to get back onto their development trajectory. Yet, right now we can buy a high-end condo with pricing from €127,000 ($138,932).

You’ll get to follow the Path of Progress from Faro west along the Algarve, see how development around Vilamoura successfully evolved, and how it’s moving along the coast to Lagos. In Lagos, we can buy cheap and rent high, and generate strong rental yields.

I’ve made five scouting trips to the Algarve since the crisis hit. And over your four days putting boots on the ground here, you’ll get the benefit of my six years of research and patient waiting.

And you’ll have a great time. Chris and his team will take great care of you. This is a members-only scouting trip and is strictly limited to 13 members.

And, it’s FREE—a special perk of your Real Estate Trend Alert membership.

You can book your seat on the bus here.

Wishing you good real estate investing,
