San Felipe sure is north of Cabo… by about 16 hours. In fact, you could drive to San Francisco and back in the time you could drive from San Felipe to Cabo.
I see great potential in that part of Mexico. It’s a very different area. I haven’t been yet, but I’m planning a trip there late this year. I’ll bring my findings to members of my Real Estate Trend Alert group.
Trips like this, where I put my boots on the ground in potential upcoming hotspots, are the lifeblood of my real estate investment strategy. As they say, “you’ll never know if you don’t go.”
I may not find anything that passes my strict muster—I’m a conservative investor and only bring deals to my RETA members that I think have true potential.
In fact, of the hundreds of deals my team and I research, only the very best make it past our due diligence, and only the best of the best become bonafide RETA deals.
I need to be 100% comfortable before I put a deal in front of members…
Finding a deal where all the elements line up right takes time and a lot of patience…
That’s why my team and I spend over a million dollars on travel and research every year. It’s why I continue to budget generously for scouting trips.
Because when a deal is strong enough to meet or exceed our standards, our patience is usually paid back 10-fold…
Watch your RETA alerts towards the end of this year and, who knows, I just might see something in San Felipe that I like. I’ll be sure to let my members know if I do.
