Montevideo first visit

Got here a couple of days ago, had to rest and sleep until today, which surprised me. But today I‘m up and ready to go! I plan to go to the market and get some croissants for breakfast and go to the nearby bank to exchange some dollars (a bunch), then we’ll see. the fall weather suits me to a T, high 50’s. It’s in the 90’s at home so this is delightful. I have a VIP tour scheduled for tomorrow and meet with the realtor on Friday. When I head back next Wednesday I should have the lay of the land and be able to go home and think it over. My Panamerican Spanish needs work but I have an opportunity to have Zoom classes which will help get me up to speed. Thanks, IL for getting me hooked up with all the folks I needed to make this fam trip successful!
