Friday, April 12* – Registration, Conference Sessions and Welcome Reception
Registration will be at the registration desk at the conference center on the third floor on Friday, April 12 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. This is your opportunity to pick up your conference materials and name badge and familiarize yourself with the meeting room layout and location. The first conference session will kick off at 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Oceans Ballroom.
We will have an hour long cocktail reception in the Exhibit and Networking Hall from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., where you’ll have the opportunity to mingle with International Living staff, speakers, and your fellow attendees.
Saturday, April 13* – Conference Sessions and Workshops
The networking hall opens at 8:30 a.m. conference sessions start at 9:00 a.m. and run through the early evening. We’ll have general sessions and break-out workshops throughout the day.
Sunday, April 14* – Conference Sessions, Workshops and Farewell Reception
Another full day of conference events, including general sessions, break-out workshops, and access to the Networking Hall. Conference sessions run until approximately 6:00 p.m. followed by a cocktail party in the exhibit hall.
