Transfer from the airport to the hotel
You can now book your transfer from the airport to the hotel and back again through Inside Panama Tours. Inside Panama Tours will do their best to match you up with a shared car/bus. If you arrive at a time where it’s not possible to match you on a shared transfer the cost is $40 per person. Here are details on pricing:

  • 1 person $40 per way
  • 2 people or more $20 per person per way

To book you will need to email Yaremi and should give the date, flight arrival/departure time, airline and flight number in your message. Bookings must be made in writing, but you can call them if you have any questions.

The Hilton Panama, about 20 minutes from Tocumen International Airport, is at the heart of the city’s financial and business districts.

United Airlines Discount Code

United Airlines will give a 5% – 10% discount on select airfares to Panama’s Tocumen International Airport (Code: PTY) for attendees to IL’s Fast Track Panama: Lifestyle & Opportunity Conference. It covers round–trips with the airline made between January 31 – February 15, 2020.

To claim the discount, go to the booking page on the United Airlines website and enter in the Offer Code ZHSC980974 at the end of the booking form. You can see this diagram above.
