Discounted Rate:
As a conference attendee, you can take advantage of a discounted room rate of €145 per night (single occupancy) or €160 per night (double occupancy).
We have negotiated with the hotel to allow our attendees to take advantage of this rate a few days before and after the conference if you wish to add on days to your stay in sunny Albufeira. This is based on hotel availability.
The room rate includes full buffet breakfast daily, in-room Wi-Fi, and all applicable taxes.
The full amount of the reservation booking will be charged by the hotel on your credit card shortly after your booking is confirmed.
To guarantee this reservation the whole stay will be fully charged through a link to the UNICRE platform, that will be sent to you by email to collect your payment in a secure manner.
Hotel Room Cancelation policy:
Cancelations free of charge until 60 days before the date of arrival. Cancelations made between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, the hotel will keep 25% of the Stay. Cancelations made 30 days prior to arrival, the hotel will charge the total amount for the stay.
No Shows
Any confirmed and guaranteed reservations, not checked-in by 00:00 (midnight) of the arrival day, will be cancelled and it will be charged in full (total stay).
