Schedule*
Registration: Check in with International Living staff and pick up your conference materials and your name badge on Friday, April 12 – from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Meetings and Exhibits: The networking and exhibit room will open at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, April 12. General Sessions will start at approximately 4 p.m. (be sure to check your schedule), finishing around 6 p.m., followed by the welcome cocktail reception from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m.
On Saturday and Sunday, sessions start at 9 a.m., concluding around 5 p.m. each day. We will finish with a farewell cocktail reception at the hotel on Sunday evening, April 14.
