Pacific Lots (and homes) of Costa Rica represents the largest and oldest international residential development in Costa Rica. In the past 26 years we’ve developed 17 phases, both gated and non gated, and built one of the largest expat communities.
We offer ocean and mountain view home sites, condos and smaller homes but our specialty is building custom dream homes for discriminating clients. We recently completed the largest master planned community in the entire country.
