Discounted Rate: As a conference attendee, you can take advantage of a discounted room rate of US$145 a night (single or double occupancy). We have negotiated with the hotel to allow our attendees to take advantage of this rate three days before and three days after the conference to accommodate your needs (based on availability).
The rate includes a full American buffet breakfast daily, internet and complimentary use of the fitness centre. The rate does not include taxes. Hotel room rates are subject to a local sales tax of 13%. The hotel will also recommends the following gratuities: Bellmen (US$5 per person round trip) and Housekeeping (US$3 per night per room) – these are at your own discretion and will not be added to your final bill.
There is no extra fee for children under 12 years of age when sharing with parents. The charge for an extra person in a room is US$55 each (from third person up).
Hotel Room Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit that will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. No reservations will be accepted without a credit card guarantee. For cancellations received before July 17 there is no penalty. Cancellations received on or after July 17 will be charged a one night cancellation fee. No shows will be charged for the entire stay.
