Hotel Information/Reservations
As a conference attendee, you can take advantage of our negotiated group rates. Rooms are from $149 a night for single or double occupancy. Please note this rate includes in room Wi-Fi but does not include breakfast or taxes – currently 16.9% plus $5.00 per room, per night State of Georgia Hotel Motel fee.
The group rate may be available to our group a few days prior to and a few days after the conference dates should you wish to extend your stay (please note that this is subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel).
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a one night charge of room and tax.
Please note: Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. So please be sure to use the correct reservation details outlined below and make sure the reservations agent knows you are availing of the International Living rate.
