Conference Hotel Information
Because of the huge interest in this conference, we have now sold out of rooms at our group rate at the conference hotel on the conference dates (this means that there currently are rooms available pre and post Nov. 8-10 – helpful to know if you are attending a workshop with us). Currently rooms at the Hilton Santa Fé Buffalo Thunder are running from $183 – $197 (ex. taxes). We have negotiated priority rates with a nearby hotel: Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Fe-North (a half mile (0.5) walk or a 2-minute drive away). These properties have complimentary car parking, so a rental car might be a good idea if staying offsite. Here are the details:

As a conference attendee, you can take advantage of our negotiated group rates. Rooms are from $139 a night for single or double occupancy including a complimentary continental breakfast (Please note this rate does not include taxes – currently 14.3%).
Please note: You must use the group code BOF to avail of these special rates. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. So please be sure to use the correct group codes outlined below and make sure the reservations agent knows you are availing of the International Living rate.

As a conference attendee, you can take advantage of our negotiated group rates. Rooms are from $143 a night for single or from $157 for double occupancy (a charge of $34 will be added for each guest room with triple occupancy and $68 for with quadruple occupancy)
(Please note this rate includes your buffet breakfast but does not include state taxes – currently 14.3%).
Your rate includes the following:
- Daily buffet breakfast
- Unlimited Internet access (wired and wireless) in guest room and lobby areas.
- Complimentary Access to Fitness – Work Out Room/Indoor pool/Jacuzzi
- Complimentary bottled waters in-room, replenished daily
- Complimentary self-parking

The group rate is available to our group three days prior to and three days after the conference dates (subject to hotel availability) should you wish to extend your stay.
Porterage charges are suggested at approx. $5pp (round trip), and housekeeping gratuities are suggested at approx. $5 per room per day. These are not automatically applied and are at your discretion.
A credit card will be required to secure your room. Any deposits paid by guests are refundable if notice is received by Hotel at least three (3) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. If you fail to cancel within the three (3) day period, the credit card on file will be charged for one night’s room and tax.
