Thursday, November 8 – Registration, Conference Sessions and Welcome Reception
Registration will be at the main registration desk at the conference center on Thursday, November 8 from 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. This is your opportunity to pick up your conference materials and name badge and familiarize yourself with the meeting room layout and location. The first Conference session will kick off at 3:30 p.m. and end at 6:30 p.m. in the Tewa Ballroom.
We will have an hour long cocktail reception in the Exhibit and Networking Hall from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., where you’ll have the opportunity to mingle with International Living staff, speakers, and your fellow attendees.
Friday, November 9 – Conference Sessions and Workshops
The networking hall opens at 8:00 a.m. Conference sessions start at 9:00 a.m. and run through the early evening. We’ll have general sessions and break-out workshops throughout the day.
Saturday, November 10 – Conference Sessions, Workshops and Farewell Reception
Another full day of conference events, including general sessions, break-out workshops, and access to the Networking Hall. Conference sessions run until approximately 5:15 p.m. followed by a cocktail party in the exhibit hall.
